Thank you for shopping at Blinked Twice. Your satisfaction is important to us; therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original order date

  • Sale items and Face Masks are not eligible for return or exchange

  • The item must be in new condition with tags still attached

  • Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund or store credit

  • Simply complete an online return authorization form (have your order number handy), and include the form along with your original receipt for a refund or store credit

  • We do not cover return shipping cost

  • For your convenience you may opt to print a USPS return shipping label. The cost of the postage will be deducted from the value of your return amount

  • Be sure to pack the item securely. We are not responsible for items that are damaged during transit to our facility

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund or store credit. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 5 – 7 days, depending on the policies of your bank. Store credits are available upon receipt of your confirmation email and may be applied towards the purchase of any item.

 Damaged Items 

We do our best to inspect and package your items securely so you will receive them in the brand new condition you expect. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at tamara@blinkedtwice.com within 5 days of delivery. We will request a photo and will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
